'Make it happen' is the watch word at my Scottish Bank. Outside the bank today a charming female 
member of staff was being filmed by a professional camera crew presumably making another advert for television. She gave me another chance of an outside portrait. What do you think to ' make it happen'?

Nice face but she should have had her hair re-dyed properly to be a 'movie star'.
